The Snohomish County Career Fair is the largest recruiting event in the county. With a history of success since 2016, the Career Fair is widely recognized among the community and highly anticipated each season. We invite recruiters and employers from Snohomish County and beyond to be part of this exciting event!

Job-Seeker Attendance

Open to the public, the Career Fair sees job-seekers from all walks of life: currently employed, currently unemployed, new college graduates, current college students, highly experienced, newly experienced, those seeking new employment in their current field, and those seeking a career change. One of the greatest things about the Snohomish County Career Fair is the diversity of people that attend!

Past events have had an attendance of 300-400 job-seekers. We anticipate an average of 300 for each event.

Employer Attendance

We welcome organizations from all industries! Past represented industries have been aerospace, hospitality, healthcare, military, finance, retail, construction, manufacturing, education, and much more. Most have locations in Snohomish County, but others visit us from surrounding counties. We typically have 60 companies represented at the Career Fair.

Registration Costs for Standard Employer Exhibitors

Registration price of $575 per booth (for 2 organization representatives)
- Early Bird registration: $525 per booth
- Introductory registration for first-time Snohomish County Career Fair exhibitors: $475
Optional extras:
- Electricity at your booth: $20
- Lunch for additional representatives: $25 each
- Ramp-Up ads - 2 additional print ads leading up to the Career Fair: $200
- Contribution to $100 Visa gift card prize drawing: $10

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received via email on or before May 1, 2023 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Organizations that have any outstanding fees with Sound Publishing, Inc. will not be permitted to attend the Career Fair or receive any package benefits until their account is paid in full.
